Scheduling Initial Appointments
Dr. Wright will contact you to discuss if her services are a good fit for your needs; go over insurance, payment and scheduling; and answer your questions.
Once an initial appointment has been scheduled, you will receive an email invitation to create a client account through TheraNest, Dr. Wright's online portal. From there you can fill out intake forms, see your appointments calendar, access telehealth sessions, and make online payments.
Payment and Insurance Information
Dr. Wright is credentialed with PEIA, Highmark, Cigna, Aetna, Zelis, Healthsmart, PHCS/MultiPlan, Healthplan of Ohio, and (pending) TriCare.
As an added service, Dr. Wright will file insurance claims for in-network clients. If you are out-of-network she will provide you with the paperwork you need to file for reimbursement with your insurance carrier.
Dr. Wright accepts cash, check, credit/debit cards, and flexible health spending account cards (FSA). If you are using your insurance you are required to pay any deductibles and/or coinsurance at the time of service. If you are paying out-of-pocket, payment is due in full on the date of service.
Late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) and missed appointment fees are $50 (not covered by insurance), payable before your next session or at the time of your next session.
Fees are discounted for clients who are self-pay, either because they are uninsured or because they choose to pay privately. Please ask Dr. Wright for the Self-Pay Fee Schedule.
